Welcome to Term 6


Welcome to term 6, this academic year has really flown by and the children have made great progress in their academic and personal achievements. 

There are many events planned for this term, please see below.

A huge thank you to our PTFA and volunteer parents who helped us to raise £156 (to date) when we sold items at our table top event last month. I would like to give special thanks to Michaella for all of her donations, to Keith for collecting the items and to Elaine and Jackie for helping us to sell them. What a team!

 Thank you to all of our other parents who supported this event.

Many thanks to our artist friend Taysa-Ja for creating the fabulous picture to accompany our school vision smileyshown below.


Dads, uncles and grandads joined us for a Fathers' Day breakfast and activity morning in June. One of the fun activities was stacking cups - see photo above.

  • MONDAY 1st JULY – SPORTS DAY in School, weather dependent – Rabbits 9.15am, Owls 1.20pm and Squirrels 2.20pm
  • Monday 1st July – New parents meeting
  • Tuesday 2nd July – Worship + Big Q coffee morning – ALL parents welcome
  • Thursday 4th July – Transition day – pupils meet their new teacher + Y2 visit Balfour Junior School
  • Thursday 11th July – Summer reports sent home
  • Friday 12th July – Summer Fun Tag day
  • Wednesday 17th July – Summer Fayre 2pm
  • MONDAY 22ND JULY – LEAVERS SERVICE FOR Y2 PUPILS AT EMMAUS CHURCH to start at 1.30pm - Everyone welcome to attend 
  • Tuesday 23rd July – Last day of school
